Free medicines for Khotang people

KHOTANG, July 22 - Medicines will be distributed to patients free of cost from the Khotang district hospital for the next three years. According to an agreement reached between the District Health Office and the Doctors Sans Frontiers on Thursday, decision has been made to distribute all the medicines free of cost, except for the surgery, in the disrict hospital. According to the convener of the Doctors Sans Frontiers of Holland, Tobius Balrusted, the free service will reach out from the hospital to the outlying villages also. A great relief will be made to the local people from the agreement, said Balrusted.
